Here's the new plan;
     - open the lower pit for the recreational miner for a "perpetual dig"
      - the fee will allow a minimum of 2 people to dig (safety reasons, you can't work alone), process and recover the gold and specimins with our set aside equipment and the CP crew over looking and helping the process.
      - Dig all you want, process all you can, keep the gold you find.

The new fee is $ 100.00 per day, individual (minimum 2)

Group fee is $75.00 per day, minimum 5.

Everyone is invited, call for reservations.

NEW EQUIPMENT!!! Shaker tables, rock crushers, washer, screens, table and other items will be available for you to use. You can experience being a real miner with vein rock as well as placer ONLY, at The Patch.  You can bring in your black sands to run across the shaker tables or those special rocks you've been saving can be crushed.  Plus we'll have many more inovative operations for you to learn how to extract all of your gold. Also if you're one of the miner's with a large amount of material the commercial equipment will be available.

There will be classes on the recovery of precious metals put on by our own professor right here on the premises. With the emphasis on safety and MSHA rules at the forefront.
A new pond is being built and it will be available for sluicing and/or high-banking AVAILABLE, even in the DRY SEASON.
There will also be new tent sites around the pond.     The Professor will be available for consultation about your property and the prognosis of gold.[/color]

We're getting a few comments on on our "PERPETUAL" dig.
This is placer material NOT TAILINGS. Untouched by human hands until you, the miner, touch it.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.

A group of six of us, comprised of the young and strong...all the way up to old and feeble geezers, worked a Perpetual Dig this weekend.

I want to thank the fine, friendly, helpful crew of the Patch for making it a delightful dig! Having Tonya, Ronnie and Robert helping just makes everything go pleasantly.

The Professor went out of his way to accommodate our group.

The weather cooperated as well, and we fell to it with a vengeance. Quartz was ripped from it's slumber and discombubulated (that's a mining term for "crushed".) We ran the material through a bank of 3 Gold Wheels and...voila! Gold happened!

Thanks Again to the best crew in the business.

Heavy Pans,

Sounds like you had a good weekend. Is there any way of getting some pics posted? I like looking at gold.

I didn't have my camera along, but one of the others in the group did. I'll ask him to post some pics.

We've had quite a few come in for the "perpetual dig" and the gold that they've gotten has varied anywhere from 3/4's of a gram to 1 3/4's of a gram. Some hve finished out their concentrates here and some have taken it home.
The gold runs better some days than it does others. Also the "PERP" miners are finding out that they are using some muscles they haven't used in awhile.  :Smiley
